Thai Steak Salad

Serves 2 as a Main Dish



  • Leftover Sirloin Tip Roast, sliced thinly
  • 6 cups Spinach (or a lettuce/spinach combo if you prefer)
  • 1 Ripe Mango, sliced
  • 1 Ripe Avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Almonds


  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt
  • Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes


In a small mason jar, mix together all dressing ingredients and set aside. Evenly divide all salad ingredients between two plates (heat up the sirloin tip roast if you wish). Drizzle dressing over the top and store any leftover in the fridge.
