Sweet Chili Chicken Wings


  • 2 lbs of chicken wings/drumettes
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 3 tbs to 1/4 cup Sriracha (hot chili sauce)
  • Optional: chopped green onions garnish


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha and coconut aminos
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper
  3. Place chicken in bottom of crockpot
  4. Pour liquid mixture over the chicken
  5. Set crock pot to high and cook 3-4 hours, or until wings are tender (turn wings over halfway through cooking)
  6. When chicken is done, preheat your oven broiler
  7. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and place chicken wings on top
  8. Broil chicken on top rack until slightly crisp, about 5-8 minutes, turning over once – watch to make sure they don’t burn
  9. Remove from broiler and lightly brush with raw honey
  10. Garnish with green onions if desired
