coconut<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\" id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-8\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">1\/4 cup raw honey<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\" id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-9\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">1\/4 cup coconut butter<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\" id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-10\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 tsp vanilla<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\" id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-11\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 1\/2 tsp cinnamon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\" id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-12\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">1\/2 tsp allspice<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\" id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-13\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">1\/4 tsp sea salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"ingredient-label\" id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-15\">Servings: Makes about a dozen, 4-inch long bars<\/div>\n<p class=\"h-4 strong\" id=\"zlrecipe-instructions\">Instructions:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"instructions\" id=\"zlrecipe-instructions-list\">\n<li class=\"instruction\" id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-0\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Grease an 8X8 baking dish with coconut oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\" id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-1\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Place the pecans, walnuts and dates together in a blender or food processor and pulse until ground small (this mixture is the binder for the bars)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\" id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-2\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">In a large mixing bowl, combine the pulsed ingredients with the shredded coconut, raisins and the rest of the nuts and seeds<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\" id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-3\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Next, in a small saucepan, combine the honey, coconut butter, vanilla, salt, and spices<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\" id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-4\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Stir over medium-low heat until mixture becomes bubbly<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\" id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-5\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pour the saucepan mixture over everything in the large mixing bowl<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\" id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-6\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Mix thoroughly, using your hands if necessary to combine<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\" id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-7\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Press into the bottom of the greased pan, pushing firmly to form an even layer<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\" id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-8\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Cover and place in the freezer for about 20-30 min<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\" id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-10\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Remove, slice and gobble<br \/>\n<span class=\"italic\">*Note: Wrap and keep these in the fridge for a quick grab and go snack.
