Chai Tea Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of brewed chai tea, cooled to room temperature
- 1/2 medium-ripe banana
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 or 2 tbs of raw honey
- 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of ground ginger
- Optional: add your favorite protein powder
- Ice – couple of handfuls
Servings: 1
Instructions:
- Add all of the above ingredients and ice to a blender
- Blend until creamy smooth
- Garnish with banana slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.Enjoy this refreshing Chai Tea Smoothie!
